Une partie de Dames dans un jeu d\u2019Echecs. <\/strong>
\u00ab La grande question dans la vie, c\u2019est la douleur que l\u2019on cause \u00bb, nous dit Benjamin Constant. Qu\u2019Adolphe soit homme, comme chez Constant, ou bien femme comme ici, cela ne change rien \u00e0 l\u2019histoire. Les sentiments et ressentiments d\u2019amour ne sont pas une question de genre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Benjamin Constant, que l\u2019on conna\u00eet surtout pour ses nombreux essais politiques, est un esprit libre, curieux et brillant, ayant une excellente connaissance du romantisme allemand, philosophe et romancier. Nombre d\u2019influences f\u00e9minines aiguis\u00e8rent son esprit, curieux mais caustique, inapte au bonheur, qui ne cessera de s\u2019auto-analyser en pr\u00eatant \u00e0 ses personnages les contrari\u00e9t\u00e9s et ind\u00e9cisions de son propre c\u0153ur. \u00ab En amour, il y en a toujours un(e) qui aime plus que l\u2019autre, para\u00eet-il. Je dirais que c\u2019est \u00e0 tour de r\u00f4le que nous sommes l\u2019\u00eatre aimant plus que l\u2019autre, que nous sommes celui ou celle qui attend, qui s\u2019accroche, qui se d\u00e9tache. Et ce n\u2019est pas une question de genre. Nous jouons, nous parions, et nous courons le risque de nous attacher plus qu\u2019on ne le pensait, plus qu\u2019on ne le souhaitait.<\/em>
Tout comme je me suis toujours sentie plus Cyrano que Roxane, je me sens plus Adolphe qu\u2019Ell\u00e9nore. En m\u2019emparant des mots de Benjamin Constant, et en les f\u00e9minisant, il n\u2019est donc pas question de se mettre dans la peau d\u2019un homme, mais simplement de reconnaitre que l\u2019orgueil et la vanit\u00e9 en amour sont aussi affaires de femme.\u00bb<\/em> Dominique Scheer-Hazemann<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
